I have taken her to doctors every time, all of whom keep telling me that perhaps it is a gastro bug and to keep her fluids up. At these doctors' appointments they have checked her ears, throat, felt around her abdomen, and checked breathing and heart beat. Sometimes the vomiting is accompanied by diarrhoea, sometimes not. Sickness usually passes within about 8 hours or so. Surely, she couldn't be this unlucky to catch a gastro bug this many times (about 6 episodes in approx. 3 months). Prior to 3 months ago, she had never vomited! I am getting frustrated and worried...

Have you checked her food/ perhaps there is something that is not agreeing with her. It is not unusual to eat somthing that is upsetting to us and to also have diarrea---if she has no fever and is otherwise healthy and the diagreeable food or drink would take approx 8 hrs to be out of the system. Start a LOG of everything she eats and drinks and then HIGHLIGHT what she has eaten for several of the vomitting/Dia... Episodes and perhaps the same food or foods or Liguid/milk-juice show up every time. then do eliminate these same foods(if safe to do) and see what happens. I would think the first squetion is what changed from the 3 mos prior any new food introduced to her, drinking something new, anything new in her enviroment---But I would be persistent -perhaps talk to a Pediarician familiar with allergies esp food/liquids- until the cause is found if she continues for something is causing this. Has anyone done a bloodtest-doesn't take much but a lot can now be found out through blood. Wish you luck -know it can be very frustrating and worrisome to you but be persistent and I'll pray for the Lord to keep your baby safe and you strong.

She may be sensing that there are some major changes about to happen especially if she knows you are having a baby. That will make her clingy to you. I went through this with my son when I was pregnant with my daughter. As mean and it may sound the best thing you can do for your little girl is to let her fall asleep in her own bed and everytime she gets up put her back. She may not want her dad but he's should help you out with putting her back into the bed. It will be hard for the first couple of night but if you stick with it and just let her cry sometimes. I know it sounds mean but it'll really help her in the long run. Good Luck!!

My daughter had something similar. Gastroparesis.
The stomach stops digesting for a time and empties itself.
Next time see if she vomits undigested food eaten SEVERAL hours before.
If so, ask for a referal to a Gastroenterologist.
Ususally outgrown eventually.

I have two children that both went through something similar they both ended up having acid reflux was your daughter checked for that if not ask about it. if you or your spouse have this its even more likely it is hereditary. Sounds crazy i know who would think a baby could get Acid reflux But I have it and both my children got it but after about 4-5 months on axid it was gone for both boys hope this helps.

start limiting the types of foods that she eats to see if she has a food allergy, my son would always vomit and I found that he could not have dairy products and we switched him over to soy. Try to find out what foods if any are causing the reaction.

What are you feeding her? She could be allergic to some thing she has been eating.
One of my sons was allergic to manufactured formula and would cry with pain and vomit. Later in life we found out he was allergic to seafood and fish.
So get her checked out for food allergies.
Good luck!

Get a referral to a gastroinerologist (pardon the spelling) and have them do a stool sample to find the culprit.

could be paracites, worms. A lot of distilled water, detox tea, cider vinagar, garlic, psyllum husk. colon clense. You really need to have her detox. Totally clean out her system. This sounds like paracites.

ask them to check her for acid reflux. Keep her from running around too much after eating, and not laying down. also, small meals may help.
