Do they notice changes physically? maybe even emotionally?

Nope......unless it's more provacative or sexy...then they notice......
Emotions - they try to run away from...except their own.

I think more emotionally than physically. For example, you could lose 10 pounds, do your hair differant everday and they don't say sh!t. On the other hand if you are having a bad day and get the least bit cranky they are all over it! How many times has a guy asked you why you are in a good mood compared to why you are in a bad mood?

Yeah we notice quite a bit. I do anyways. Not really emotionally, that can get annoying when someone acts different every time you see them. Id say appearance is the big one.

yea,I pay attention to my family,friends,co workers and neighbors, I love to give complements. I love to make someones day.
I think little things do count, but if something little changes for the worse, then that's OK too because no is perfect. just love urself.

We notice everything but we don't always say anything. We aren't the most vocal people when it comes to giving compliments unless we want something in return. I know it seems harsh but it's reality. Don't get me wrong, we love to see you with new hair styles or your nails done but we don't always say anything unless we ask how much did it cost.

I think most don't (in the beginning), and many don't know what emotion is, so there you have it. But, there are a handful that are in tune to things other than themselves.

I look at the hair, nails, and make-up on every lady. Nails clean and shaped, hair done nice, and little make-up equal my kind of girl.

usually something like hair we notice... makeup too. Emotions only if you are very close to the person and know them really well.
