DON'T LISTEN TO THE PREVIOUS ANSWERS. A MAN 5'9'' TALL , WITH A MUSCULAR BUILT, SHOULD WEIGH BETWEEN 180# AND 210#, DEPENDS ON THE MUSCLES HE HAS. IF HE IS BUILT LIKE CHARLES ATLAS, HE SHOULD WEIGH MORE THAN A FELLOW WITH A GOOD BUILD. (BETTER THAN AVERAGE BUILT). YOU BE SURPRISED HOW MUCH MUSCLE MASS WEIGHTS. MUSCLE IS A LOT HEAVIER THAN FAT.
DON'T LISTEN TO THE STUDIES THEY HAVE ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU SHOULD WEIGH.
ACCORDING TO THE STUDIES , YOUR DESCRIPTION OF A MAN 5'9'' WITH MUSCLE SHOULD BE AROUND 150-160#. HE WOULD BE A REAL WEAKLING, A REAL P--SY. A MAN HAS TO BE A MAN, AND NOT A SISSY.
SORRY FOR THE LENGTH OF MY ANSWER.
