Most of the protein is in the white of the egg and the cholesterol in the egg yolk but do eat eggs-the whole egg. Eggs-including the yolk have alot of very beneficial nutrients and not he bad guuys as once thought -it was already several years ago that his changed and it was determined that chloesterol not much affected by egg yolk. Ok and even good to eat eggs 3-4 times a week But again moderation. Ok to have 1 or the MAX is 2 BUT to eat4 -6 or even more is way in excess and will cause major health problems.

once you crack open an egg, do you spot the tiny little white component connected to the yolk ? that is the toddler fowl...the reason that is connected to the yolk is because if the egg were actual fertilized (the eggs you get contained in the save are not fertilized), that little white component, the chick, actual feeds off of the yolk even as that is arising...So the yolk has the most protein...The white has some nutrients too like vit. E, A, and so on, in spite of the indisputable fact that almost all the nutrients is contained in the yolk...:-)

Egg whites are pure protein. All the cholesterol is in the yolk.
Ask your Doctor. They will tell you.

Egg white is nearly pure protein. If you are worried about cholesterol, don't worry about eggs, they have the good kind.
