yes, The best thing to do is threaten to sue the pound and then get the news media involved, that way there will be a big stink about all the stuff going down at the pound. People will complain and the pound will have to settle out of court. Good Luck.

A pet psychic? Mine told me to buy ocean front property in Northern Arizona, but im still waiting. No you have no legal recourse what so ever because your cat cant sit on the stand and testify on her behalf. Wow. You need more help then the cat.

A pet mind reader. OK, I would say spend the money on a new cat treat and you would be better off.
Being in a pound will upset any animal

Instead of a pet psychic, you should have gone to an "animal communicator." A communicator can advise Pepper to stay inside and she'll never have to worry about getting busted.

What the ...........????
I really hope this is a joke. Maybe if you were a responsible pet owner, the city wouldn't have had to go through the expense of bringing your cat back.
Maybe your cat escaped, and is pissed that she was brought back. Go ahead and take the go to the press advice. Here in Texas you would be laughed at.

you can take her to the animal court. when she gets there, a legal counscil will try the rapists in a trial judged by her peers. there are really good translators, so animals of all species can sit the jury, making a very fair trial experience. the juge is a pet psychic trained in law, so there can be no perjury.
its a wonderful system

I KNEW you'd say something like 'my cat was raped'. Don't believe in psychics they're just creative people with no life and actual dream. A cat can't be raped they don't have freewill. They don't have a choice to whether rape or wait for consent. Humans do and guess what some rape.
Anyway your cat's probably acting weird because she was mistreated at the pound somehow.

Since you allowed your cat to roam free in the first place, it's all your fault anyway...the cat will probably kill you in your sleep since he/she surely knows it's your fault...feel better now.
