Quinoa is a grain and very high in protein. Eda Mame (soy beans) are very high in protein. Lentils, peanuts, and beans are high in protein.

vegtables mostly green ones and to the people saying eggs, eggs are meat I believe so I dont think the person that asked the question will go for that one
