I think my girlfriend has been cheating on me, for the first time ever, the bed is uneven, the top of the mattress isn't even with the bottom of the box spring, and her sweat shirt has been thrown to the side.
I work long hours and for 4 hours I'm gone, and she's on her own.
Is she cheating? and what are some of the indications that she's been having sex on the same bed I share with her.
P.S, we also live together.

You can smell your girlfriend p*$$$ is she has been cheating. You see, when you have sex with each other you give a scent to her body and she gives a scent to yours. If she does not smell like you than she is cheating. Now never accuse anyone when you do not have evidence. Now to catch her you are going to have to take off work without her knowing and catch her doing the unknown. Like you said, if the bed is not normally how you leave it than that is a sign. I think you already know some signs but you want to give her the benefit of the doubt. What a person does in the dark always comes to the light.

I tell you the best way to find out. First you have sex with her and pretend that it's somebody else's girlfriend. This will probably be a way to get a closer re enactment of the sex you think she's having. You know, all wild and passionate wondering when the "old man" is coming back. Then you gotta think fast and get her out of the house. Then get out your C.S.I. forensic science kit and look all around for traces and tracks. Maybe some pubes or something. When you get good at it then you will know just what to do.

if you trust her then do think negative but if you come home and the bed has stains on it and the scent of another person is in the air then you got a problem and if she changes the bed linen twice in a day then some thing is wrong good luck but sit down and talk with her and if she act all funny you know something cause guilt comes out

well part of a relationship is talking, just ask her she cares about you then she'll tell you, just dont jump conclusions, right away and dont spy on her or anything just ask her straight up, what the hell is going on you know, just tell her you need to know if she's cheating on you, if she is, then give your self some time away from her, and let her realize what she's loosing, if she dont then, just get on with your life, apparently you have a good job, so just find someone else, but first get the facts my ex did to this me also he accused me of cheating, i never even thought about that cuz i loved him, but his question back fired to me, and he was cheating on me, im still not over it but im doing ok and im actually happier cuz i dont have to think about it anymore, much less get hurt, do yourself a favor and ask her everything, that you have on your mind, then if she is, just leave her for a certain amount of time, then go back see if she's changed, if not then move on nobody deserves to be hurt like that

I don't know your entire situation but if I came home and my bed was uneven I wouldn't automatically assume my husband had been cheating. Maybe you should wash your covers then get one of those black light kits and see if there is any sperm residue there. (Check your covers after you wash them and make sure there isn't any that didn't wash out.)
If you can't trust someone you shouldn't be with them. I always let my husband know that if he isn't happy with me to tell me. I think it's better for him to let me know he doesn't want to be with me than to sneak around behind my back. Maybe you should tell your Girlfriend that casually.

The fact that you are noticing all of this means that you are already suspicious of her. Perhaps it is time to confront her about your feelings.
By the way... If you really want to know, check the sheets for vaginal and semenal fluid. Check the trash for condoms. Check for unfamiliar smells in the sheets and pillows.... Not that I have ever done any of these things.. Nope not at all...

ok wash the sheats put clean ones on.
dont have sex with her for like 3 weeks
then after 3 weeks use a blacklight and look for residue if there is a lot of whiteish stuff she s cheatin on u

If she's ignoring you...you start to get the idea.
If she's unhappy because you're gone so much, try to talk about it.

first of all, 4 hours is not long hours. that's part-time. why don't you just ask her why the bed looks that way. it's probably nothing.
