That is the best question I have read all week! Hilarious.
Scary fact, they really do exist!

I dont know what is more scary. The fact that they exist or the fact that I knew they existed!!

For one, awesome question.
Secondly, you'd have to get one of those huge clunky phones with the big buttons. Otherwise your cat won't be able to text you. Make sure you get one with plastic buttons though, or its claws may puncture the little rubbery ones!
It DOES need a place to keep its phone though, so perhaps get it a little backpack with a walkie talkie in it permanently turned on so that you can hear what it's doing all the time. That'd be cute.

I'd be more worried about your cats behavior. Sure, adolescents act up all the time but this constant partying has got to stop! I wouldn't give the cat a cell phone - I'd ground her!

LOL this is the funniest thing ive read in my life!
but this is impossable. A cat cannot be trained to talk into a cell phone and it cant even carry the cell.

Something with lots of freebie minutes because those darn cats, they like you to believe that they are all independent but when they start talking on the phone you can never get them to shut up.

well we got our cat a good plan and she seems to enjoy it. except when we call every 30 min to check on her.
if your cat doesn't like the phone idea you could get her a stylish gps pet tag that will go with virtually any color of coating.

No, get a tracking chip implanted in your cat. It perfectly safe, and you won't have to worry about someone taking your kitty.

Forget the cell because she may be too wasted. Try one of those medical alert devices or put her into Rehab.
