I am not overweight...I just want to find an activity to get myself into excersizing more. Anybody had any success or results to share?

Got me a flat stomach!!
Just make sure to get results you do it 3 times a week

Yeah its not bad, Im not overweight or anyhting either, i just wanted something to help improve my overall fitness, and it does help, i do a twenty minute session of pilates atleast once or twice a week and I find its helped with strength and back problems, i have not lost any weight as such

pilates can get you fit and ripped up to the bone if ur fat ur loosing some weight if u have body fat to get rid of ur gonna get ripped
