1) Lazy
2) Postphone to tomorrow.. and it goes on...
3) the weather not good
4) i'm on diet... already eating very little
5) it's a long time commitment.. takes long to see results
6) not only im overweight.. that's other many overweight pple around..
7) takes determination
8) no time
9) Tired after a hard day's work
10) no exercising partner

For many its a matter of time. People get busier and busier all the time and for some, the last thing they want to do is add something more to an already hectic schedule. When they get free time they want to unwind and relax.

It could be the effort that is needed to exercise.
