No, anyone can be a witch. A witch is someone who practices witchcraft, a form of divination which has as its source of power the fallen angels commonly Satan.
No one can see the events of the future without traveling there, not even the prophets could, they were simply shown or told of visions and revelations from God of future events yet never saw a true event of the future.
Yes and no, one can only be harmed by the powers of darkness if they lack the Light in their life. All those who do not have true faith in God are on the road to condemnation and pain, suffering, curses, etc. are nothing compared to the lake of Fire; those who have the Spirit working in their life are protected by the "shield of faith" from the powers of darkness.

No, they can't actually do what they claim they can do. There is no such thing as 'superpowers'. Some of them are delusional and THINK they can read minds or tell the future, some haven't really tested this ability they think they have, but most are just lying because they can't hold down a real job (John Edwards, I'm looking at you).
If anyone could do these things, they would have won a million dollars by now www.randi.org .

Witches have no different powers from you or me. Everyone can see into the past. The future hasn't happened yet, so no one can see it. And no one is able to harm you if you don't let them.

Yes, some may be adept at magick - although "special powers" probably doesn't describe it properly. The good thing is that most unstable practitioners don't possess the patience or dedication required to achieve their intended results. So most occultists that have these abilities won't harm needlessly. What you need to watch out for is the 90% that claim to have abilities that are imaginary.

Yes, there are people with special powers. Satan is very powerful.
One of the very special benefits of becoming a Christian is that God has given us the power of His Holy Spirit. There is a scripture in 1 John 4:4, that tells us that Christians are more powerful than those who are in the world.
If you belong to Jesus, you don't have to fear anything. Jesus overcame Satan when he rose from the dead.
Satan's days are short and he is trying to bring down as many people, away from God, as he can before he is cast into Hell.

All I'll say is that I know some pagans who are very intelligent and some of the most reasonable people I have ever met. I also know a wiccan who is schitzophrenic and thinks she rides a vacuum cleaner. There's crazies in every group. Only some have larger percentages.

If I might have specific powers, it might be the potential to take all people's else specific powers and use them each time I want them. If I might be a superhero, I might be the Rogue.

Yes but the more you fear things the more they come into your life so don't think about those unnecessary things and you will not have to deal with them
