I work 2-3 16 hours days a week and at least 2 8 hour days. Plus miscellaneous OT and am in college 1/2 time plus have 2 dogs.
I would say lack of time and exhaustion is the biggest reason.
I would be living a schedule like this until January 2008, when instead of going to school 1/2 time I switch to FT.
..I am also in my mid-50's ---not as young as I used to be.

Well personally for me it's a bad lower back that limits me as well as arthritis in my ankles from a previous injury ... But there is hope for folks like me ... I just recently discovered a natural & healthy way to improve my health that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life. I feel 100% better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist and I have lost 20 pounds in only the last 26 days. What’s incredible (honestly) is that I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise.

Attitude. I look it as an investment in myself when I exercise. If you get money everyday for working you should get the same feeling when you exercise as you are the one that takes home all the money. Also, when I see really fat people, which is all the time, I do not need any more reasons to go workout because I do NOT want to look like them and I do NOT want to feel as bad as they do. I am dating women 1/2 my age because I look 1/2 my age. I am playing competitive sports with guys that are 25 years younger than me and win ( okay, not all the time).

1. Laziness
2.Laziness
3.Laziness
4. Laziness
The only true reason besides disabilities that dont allow exercise is laziness. People today want everything now and are unwilling to put in the effort. There is no other excuse!

I exercise BUT not like I should. The thing that discourages me is knowing that no matter how much I do exercise I will never have a body like the people in the exercise videos.

I don't make excuses myself, I just do it. Don't need to loose weight I just want to stay in shape. I work out daily. But, the biggest excuse that I hear all of the time is, to busy, to tired and it's boring.
