You can spar at any age as long as you're healthy enough to do so. It's when you're talking about actually fighting in a competition that you will be denied. There is a Masters division, besides having hardly anyone in that division you have to have several medical test to see if you're capable to compete at a competition level (EKG and CT Scan). But Sparring, there shouldn't be a problem.

yes Iam in my 40s and still spar remember sparring is not like boxing you do not try to dis able your opponent only train usually with "pillow gloves" that's 16 oz gloves wear head gear too good luck

yes you can certainly spar at any age if you are physically capable to do so but you can not compete in competitions because an Amateur boxing must retire at 34!!

to my knowledge, legal sparring age for an amateur boxer is up to 32 years old. check website USAboxing. All info for Amateur boxing in the US

Yes, as long as you are in shape. I have sparred with people who were much older than that but in excellent physical shape.

yes you can you can also fight as an amateur or a professional if you pass all of the pre-fight physicals.at last year's ringside amateur tournament i watched two 60 year olds fight in the seniors finals.if someone denies you a license to fight strictly because of your age you can sue them because of age discrimination.
