Stretch, stretch and stretch some more.

A little further each day helps. Don't bounce when you stretch though since it's bad for muscles.

Some people just have longer/more flexible muscles.

cheerleaders and gymnasts train and practice alot , and usually from a young age. by stretching and warming up at practice and by exercising, those people built and stretched their muscles. over time, they gained the ability to do these things. on the other hand , some people are born double jointed and can do things like "the human pretzel".
