Yes they are considered citizens if they are born here but to the illegal popping them out, they're anchors. If we could just get a system going that will start deporting these people, NO, it won't be hard to get them out of here. The kids can stay, HAHAHA. Unless the parents want to take them with them.

The children are considered US Citizens. The parents can be deported with the kids allowed to stay. It's crazy and makes no sense.

Yes they are US citizens, but I'm not sure it makes it harder to deport the parents. The kids can't apply for green cards for their parents until they turn 21. I'm not sure it's wise to be so hard-hearted. I believe it would be better if the parents were given a 3 month option of qualifying for a "guest worker program", which did not lead to citizenship or a permanent green card. If they didn't meet the criteria for the guest worker program, within the 3 months, then deport them.

It relies upon on the country of beginning and that international locations twin citizenship rules. to illustrate maximum infants born to unlawful extraterrestrial beings are from Mexico and Mexico does no longer enable twin citizenship so the little one can in easy terms be a US citizen. If the little one is Canadian which permits twin citizenship then the little one could have the two citizenships. different international locations have rules that permit the little one to be a twin citizen for a undeniable volume of time. If an substitute replaced into surpassed the little one could be a citizen of their mom and father u . s . of beginning. Brother: hundreds of thousands of persons have US citizenship and Mexican nationality! there's a distinction! what share US voters have served their compulsary protection stress provider interior the Mexican military? i do no longer recognize of any! Those who shout at the top of their lungs "deport them" should get
an education! Don't you dumbasses know that the U.S. fertility rate is under the normal/coveted 2.1 rate? A good deal under!
In order to replace ourselves we should have 2.1 kids per couple (0.1 is to allow for any deaths), which is so NOT happenning in the waspy/educated/blue blood families anymore! Without the "mexican babies" that some racists hate so much, the rate is very low, 1.6 or 1.7, maybe less. With them, now, it almost reaches the normal 2.1 and you should thank them for it.
Yep, yep the population is 300 million, but that is NOT equivalent with the fertility rate. Wait til the boomers are gone, and you'll see how much you need the little "americanitos." And not only to pick your tomatoes/bus your tables!

About 50 million new little citizens from illegal parents. And there's going to be millions more as long as the feds ignore the invasion.

I guess you got the answer to this already but yes, they are citizens of the US and then the government lets the immigrants stay and they get money to support their kids and stuff.

Yes they are considered US citizens but it shouldnt sway the decision to deport the parents legally, emotionally may be a different matter altogether though.

Yup, so get active and change the laws if it concerns you that much that illegals will ruin the country. Even though our National Debt is Sky High and the war in Iraq is a disaster. China will ruin us when they ask for their money back.
