fitness is a activity that would increase your heart rateother than sitting and watching tv . some examples are alking fast jogging, hourse back riding, arobics weight training swimming etc

i think fitness deals with body and mind. excercise is fitness you build up muscle and strength. and thinking about the right fitness program for you will definitly help you out.

to me..
fitness is the ability to conduct or do physical activities other than work.. after working hours.. i mean..
if you can still manage to do physical activities after work.. thats fitness for me..
