Because of son is only 2 months old and i caught his morther cheating on me and ask her to leave but instead she just took my son and left to her mom house what legally rights do i have or need to do to see my son

I think the father always has rights to the newborn, married or not, unless those rights are stripped in court. Just because the person is separated doesn't mean it didn't take two people to make that child.

Probably not many. Talk to a lawyer who specializes in family law (divorce, paternity, child support). This is the kind of situation that happens when you don't get married first. Sorry to sound callous, but I worked in child support enforcement for 10 years and half the lowlifes who were brought in for failure to pay child support had the same litany of excuses... she didn't let me see them, she said this about me, I didn't get visitation, blah blah blah. Then, you look at the file, and they were NEVER MARRIED. surprise!! There's a lot to be said for that little legality that so many people skip before having kids... Go see a lawyer, you will have to file a paternity suit and ask for visitation -- if she hasn't already filed one seeking child support from you...
