Usually means your just overstressed or have a lack of sleep. To much caffine can do it to you too. Involantary twitching of the eyeball on the other hand could be a stigmatism.

You didn't say if it was your eye or your eye lid. If it's the eyelid, it's usually an indication that you're not getting enough rest. Also, possibly eye strain. If you mean your actual eyeball is twitching, you could have nystagmus. That's basically an involuntary twitching of the eyeball. You can read more about that at this link. Good luck with it.

It is normal for your eyelids to twitch occasionally. Some people are more susceptible then other to this condition. It commonly happens when you are very tired or under a lot of stress.

people twitch sometimes called a muscle spasm it just happens sometimes. maybe more with stress or anger or something pressuring you if your worried go to the doctor though!

mine does that when im real tired, Stressed out . all i do is use Murine eye drops or rinse my eyes with Cold water, Or take a nap, thouse usally helps.
