Keep a link to the music in your presentation.. then click it before the presentation ... so that it runs on media playeror any toher music player... the media player window will be on the screen.. go back to your presentation and complete it while the music is still on. Wherver you take the presentatin the music should go with it...

After you import your song, there should be options there - under slide show (or right mouse button the sound icon that you imported). There should be an option to repeat so it will just continue to play. Look for options AFTER you import the sound file... there's a lot of them - and look under Slide Show also - because there are more options there.
