You need to be in a darkroom to do it, but use graphic art film.

X-Ray film also works, Rodinol 1:75 ... be aware it depletes fix quickly. My favorite x-ray film is Industar, it is a double-sided, moderately high contrast emulsion available at Ebay from time to time.

In the digital darkroom, I do not suggest using inkjet if you plan to print in the darkroom. Look for offset printers in the phone book, expect to pay $10-30 per sheet. Choose the printer who can produce films at the highest resolution possible.

Invert an image in photoshop. It'll make white black, black white. It'll look like a negative looks. Other baby image editing programs may do this too.

Use photoshop to create the negative (in Photoshop it is under Image/Adjustments/Invert or ctrl-I.) Then print in on a transparency. That should work.
