okay well has been with her 6 years she has a kid not with him, well they live together have seperate bedrooms he pays all the bills she buys groceries, he says their unhappy, dont talk, sleep alone most of the time,
do you think he will leave her? we have not been sexual or anything or even kissed or talked about it YET....
What should i say TO HIM TO FIND OUT IF HE WILL OR IS GOING TO LEAVE HER???

Sounds like a thousand different men with the same story. He most likely will not leave her and they are probably sleeping in the same bed and are happy. He is most likely looking for a sex-mate. Don't fall into this crap. Find someone who's not involved already. Whatever you do do not sleep with him, he'll only get what he wants then dump you.

You don't do nothing until that divorce decree is in his little creepy, lying hands. He's going no place. He has his cake and he wants your cake too that's all I have to say to anyone that would think about taking another woman's man and a child"s father away from them. That stinks. Go find another creep someplace else. There are a lot of them out there that don't have women at home and children that think they're the daddy. Grow up.

Well whatever your intentions are, let it be known. The truth hurts, but it is better to get it out in the open. Also, there are always two sides to every story. How do you know if they are really unhappy? Have you met the woman?Take it from personal experience. If you continue with the relationship...you will soon be that woman.

question for you; have you seen the separate sleeping arrangements for your own eyes? and for my opinion, if they are soo unhappy why hasn't he left yet? follow your gut feeling not your heart, love is a very confusing thing.
