Depending on your body type, you could get a sixpack in as little as a couple weeks, you just have to lose the however little fat is around your stomach and get your body fat percentage down to around 6 or 7%.

if you do 100 to 200 sit ups and push ups a day you should be able to get a six pack and good muscles real fast

start with 100 sit ups for a day then do 200-250 sit ups EVERYDAY
.. if yer over sixteen.. do like 300 sit ups a day

do crunches. they help with six packs. sit ups are meant to flatten the whole stomach area, which will also help loose any fat around what muscles you already have.
