I know that .08 BAC isn't SUDDENLY dangerous. What are the symptoms for less levels of alcohol. Does .02 BAC have any effects on the response time of a person? I don't drink alcohol and this is for academic research only. No need to preach.

you need an 0.8 alcohol blood level to be considered drunk. i think it would be about 4.6 to do massive liver damage.

Any amount is to much and can effect your judgement, just because your state law says .08 is the legal limit or (illegal limit), you can still be charge with a DUI or DWI being under .08 BAC.
I was pulled over by a state trooper in Ohio, I had a BAC of .067 and was charged with a DUI. I was told state troopers can charge you with DUI even if BAC is .01
