I do not have a garden so cannot buy one of those fantastic giant trampolines and I really enjoy it as an exercise. I'm in South West London, anyone know of any classes for grown ups?

yes, wimbledon gymnastics centre, they have 5 trampolines, and only cost 3 quid for 2 hours plus they have proessional teachers.

Depends where in south west london - i know someone that does trampolining classes at teddington school, she really enjoys it, they're on a tuesday night, and are for all levels.
