a lot of girls at my school have really thin legs, i think i might have the disease where you see yourself as fatter than you are. i am 5'2", 102 lbs, and 13 yrs old. i dont feel good about my legs, help!!

Girls at your school are obviously annorexic, or something, if they're smaller than you. The weight you are is PERFECT for your age and height. When you hit puberty you'll gain weight, and you CAN"T freak out when that happens... That extra weight is BOOBS, BUTT, and HIPS... trust me, all are good things. ;)

I'm 16, 5' 4", and 130 pounds, and I haven't freaked out about my weight sinse I was 102 pounds... almost three years ago- when I started to gain weight from puberty. That's because I know I don't need to loose weight. You should realize that too, because you really don't... You don't need to worry about your weight, unless you gain 40 pounds, overnight.

If you're still worried about how you look, or how much you weigh, I'd suggest going and talking to your school counselor. Trust me on this, too: they're awesome, they help SO much, and you get out of class. ;)

DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT!!!!

Sweety, I was the same way you are. I am 22 and still not happy. The best thing you can do is leg extensions. Do low weight and high reps. If you don't know what I am talking about, ask your gym teacher. Do some squats. Your legs aren't going to get very thin. You sound like you have an athletic body. Many guys love that though. They don't like the bean poles so much anymore. Remember that!!

Wow thats skinny for a 13 year old here is some advice DO NOT WORRY about your legs at this time I understand you think their fat i think my legs are very fat but my mother always says DONT ever think about your legs until your 20 becuase it can drive you int o bad situations as diabetes and such Please dont worry about them I had the problem and I just layed off skirts and wore them less often if your eating like a hog follow the natural way of eating dont starve yourself please follow my advice becuase you might not ever go back in time

from what your explaining your legs arent fat im so sick of hearing young girls say this they think they have to be like these sickly looking ugly models you probably just need to do some exercises dont forget when you look in a magazine its not real its airbrushed when you look at television their thinner then what you see the t.v. adds 10 pds. please quit looking at everyone else worry about you dont compare yourself to anyone thats the wrong thing to do

At the age you are, you're body is still developing..... don't start worrying about something that will change..... walking (not working out) creates 'toner' legs.... Some leg shapes are genetic.... so you have to live with what God gave you.

Curvy. you do no longer look like a woman once you look like a stick parent that a 5 year previous can draw. yet i think it relies upon on your physique style as nicely, like while you're chesty and characteristic a miles better rump than skinny legs look quite extraordinary.
