Okay, my friends were talking about getting their first kiss, and their first french kiss and their first boyfriend and i havent got my first kiss yet, and im in 7th grade. Is that the age to already have done all that stuff? I had my first boyfriend last year (in 6th grade) and another one as of a few days ago.

Am i 'behind' in this kind of stuff? What in your opinion is the average age to get your first boyfriend or first kiss?

Please help.

DO NOT WORRY! i'm a tenth grader and i haven't been kissed. not a lot of people that i know have. i really think that 15-16 is the age that you should start dating, because before then it doesn't make sense to be serious. and don't think that you have to go out and get someone to kiss you. it should be special, with someone that you trust and actually really like... and someone you're sure uses mouthwash. ;) wouldn't want it to be gross, right? anyways. don't feel rushed or pressured. good luck

i think the average age to have a boyfriend and to get your first kiss is around 16 and not at your age. You are too young to even be thinking about all of this i mean you have your whole life ahead of you and you should enjoy it while you can. You still have plenty of time for boys and dating in the years to come so stop worrying about what your friends are doing and just live your life the way you want to and not the way you think your friends want you to live it ok. Set your mind on your education and then when your old enough you can concentrate on other things such as boys.

I think you are going too fast, you seem boy crazy and desperate. I think you shouldn't stress over these issues at such a young age ( you are around 11 or 12 yrs old) my first kiss was at 14, my first french kiss was at 16. But this is not a matter of age, its a matter of being mature and responsible. Its not just a kiss, its what comes with it. Make sure who ever you do these things with really deserves them, because you will always remember them. You should talk more with your parents.

Hell Yeah! yet that occurs no longer as frequently as those with a similar age! i'm sixteen yet i think a splash silly having a crsuh on some 25 year outdated woman! So it relies upon on the guy extremely!

im not one of those girls that just kisses a guy JUST because. i didnt get my first kiss until i was 16 and i am still with him now. its not a rush . its doing it at a time that ur comfortable and u are going to enjoy it with that person. this is something that u are gonna remember for the rest of ur life! no rush

I think i was in 7th grade when I had my first kiss. it didn't really count. it was a tiny peck during a game of truth or dare. i don't think my next kiss was until 9th grade.

i say, when it feels like the right time to you, you'll know. don't worry about when everyone else is doing it. they are the ones who will have babies in jr. high. ;)

don't hurry or try to keep up with ur peers... peer pressure is horrible, but u have 2 do what u feel comfortable with.. be yourself... don't do stuffs just because your friends have already done it... i don't think you are behind at all... you have all your life ahead of you... 5 more grades to go... consentrate on your education...

i wish everyone would stop rushing into things!!! you're so young still! the right time will come for all the major events in your life. don't compare yourself to friends, you're only 13-14 years old! slow down, things will be fine...

you need not worry about whether or not you are behind. your pace is the best pace . peer pressure is not anything you want to worry about in the grand scale of life.
