Why do Americans like showing off how ignorant they are?

You're right I had a British friend who's teeth made me sick to look at and unfortunately he smiled A LOT! I couldn't stand to be at the same dining room table with him eating. It was gross. Maybe they drink too much black tea or whatever in merry O'England. Also I think us Americans are pretty hot looking as a nation and the creep who said that we were fat and ugly is probably deaf, dumb and blind. If it weren't for us Yanks the British would all be speaking German.

that's a very good question actually. I think every cultures have something negative about them. Like why are asians so short, ofcourse not all asians are short, just like ofcourse not all British have bad teeth, but generally speaking, they do. WHy? Genetic, what i don't understand is that... they're a western country, very rich, very civilize, and they have high technology, yet still bad teeth? like... do people get lazy ? I do'nt now..

I'm not sure, I have found it more with the irish, there teeth are terrible and spaced, or all crammed in too much,
I think ancestory, genetics, Good question though.
