Just once. Destroying the Earth is a one time only deal, with no do-overs.

If you are asking about the capability of our arsenal, in a theoretical sense, and our ability to destroy an area equal to the landmass of the Earth, the only things I have ever read, which are naturally subjective, go from "several times over" to "dozens of times over". I will let you interpret that as you like.

The truth is that all we need to do is toss one. If we did that, the rest of the world would be so quick to retaliate and nuke any country, including ours, that it considers an enemy that we wouldn't need to throw another.
