When I wake up in the morning, I always have scratches on my legs. However, these scratches are never bloody or red. They are auotmatically scabby. What is causing this? How can I stop?

Wear mittens to bed... just like new borns.. they scratch themselves all the time without realizing it. After the mittens drive you crazy you will have broken the habit! OR put a lot of lotion on your legs before goign to bed and wear weat pants so they will be extremely moisturized reducing the chance of dryness and tiching.

Hi, first of all go to the pharmacy and buy a bottle of white alcohol and every night before you go to sleep rub some on your legs and put on a long pants , you can have bed bugs , just wash all your bed sheets and if you can use hot water, bedbugs live in the mattress , so you cant always get rid of all of them unless you buy a new mattress ,,, or better yet just get one of those plastic bed covers and ,place it over your mattress and then put on your sheets.
good luck
