I think it's too much to handle. Very sad, he probably doesn't deserve it.

It is sad. If you're in jail, it's either you're innocent or guilty. So it may and may not be his fault for being in jail in the first place. No it's not his fault for his brother's death, while he was in jail, though. Hopefully his family will visit the person in jail and share the memories of the brother who died. Coping someone's death is not easy...but unfortunately we all have to go through it someday. That's why it's important to not take life for granted and tell the person you love that you love them. Don't let a day go by without talking to the person you love. Start appreciating the good things in life and keep it in mind if/when something goes wrong.

Its very sad my heart goes out to him but his not being there for his family is part of the consequences for what he did. That's why they call it jail. If he could have his freedom to go and come as he pleases and make phone calls whenever he would not regret going to jail. I feel sorry for him but now when he gets out he will never want to go there again because he knows his family really need him on the outside.

It is really sad, but that is what happens when you go to jail, for doing something illegal. You miss out alot of important things sometimes. He should have thought about putting someone else first before himself and maybe he would be in jail and missed this horrible time in his family. Maybe this will help him turn his life around.

Well, that doesn't coincide. First off, yes, it is sad, losing family members is almost ALWAYS sad. But that has nothing to do with whether or not it was this guy's fault for being in jail, even though it was.

It is sad for the family even the one in jail, but the law does what The law wants to do,but money talks I guess, they even let old Hinkley out of jail for special occasion and he shot the president,so the law does what they want and let out who they want to be with family in need and talk to family, and i am sure this guy didn't do something as bad.

I Think it is very sad. Regardless of if he's in jail or not. Its probably his fault he's in jail, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be allowed to see his family to help cope with it. Poor guy...

Was not his fault. He could not predict the future. He made a mistake, went to jail. The death was an accident. No one's fault.
He can visit his brothers grave when he get's out. If you love someone, even after death, they still know you love them. And when your time comes, they will meet you after death.

Yes its sad. But yeh. If you do the crime, you do the time. He should of done his homework on crime and what happens when you end up in a place like that. Rules are everywhere. Its his own fault sorry to say.
Take care.

well yes its his fault for being in jail but his family can go to the Jail ant talk with them to get him brought to the funeral but he will be escorted by an officer and it will be at a certain time or they may be kind and let him go to the whole funeral but with an officer watching over him.
