I have plenty of time to exercise but I don't. I eat really well for the most part, then I blow it by eating chips, cookies and buttered popcorn. I could probably be my ideal weight in about 8 months if I made the effort, but I don't. Why am I so dang lazy? What's it gonna take? I used to look hot, but now I'm, well, 40 pounds overweight.

I used to have the same mentality. When I was about 8 months pregnant with my second baby I just decided, "I'm gonna eat whatever I want, my husband loves me and he doesn't care how fat I am". Although that may be true, when I saw what my body looked like 6 weeks postpartum I was mortified at what I had done to myself. My 128 lb body was then upwards of 155 lbs and that was with the baby out. I was just disgusted, so I got some help from people on Answers, and it's working so far. I guess the bottom line is you need to just look at yourself in the mirror everyday and think "is this really what I want to look like for the rest of my life, and this could get worse if I don't act now". Seriously, It isn't hard and once you gets started and see the pounds melting off it is so gratifying and almost addictive. I went to Pizza Hut tonight and I only had the salad bar...I didn't even lick my fingers when I broke apart my 2 year olds breadstick. I'm now home and feel so proud that I have that much self control. It is def. worth it, to be healthy and of course to look hot! Good Luck finding your motivation.

I have tried all kinds of things and spent a few dollars in my life to lose weight and to gain energy but I just recently discovered a natural & healthy way that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life. I feel 100% better and have more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist and I have lost 20 pounds in only the last 26 days. What’s incredible (honestly) is that I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise

You could do all kinds of exercises while watching tv. Cut out pop and coffee completely. Drink juice, water, and milk. Start walking places instead of driving. Look hot girl. Get your groove on. Be happy!! Maybe your happy now, but maybe you'll be happier thinner. Don't take diet pills though. Take a jog. Quite eating junk food. Instead, eat apples and strawberries or something good like that. Some candy has 0 grams of fat; however, they have many carbs.

A great way to make losing weight less of a workout, would be to make up something as your goal. Ever seen the "itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini" commercial? The girl hangs her bikini in her room so she sees every day what she's working so hard for.

You could also try to first clean out your kitchen, and room, of any unnecessary junk food. Stay Busy!! if you dont, you'll think that because there's nothing else to do, why not grab a snickers? right? NOT!. So yea. Keep busy and set up a goal.

I have no idea, but I thought I'd let you know that I'm in the exact same situation. Actually, I could probably stand to lose 50lbs and still be okay. If you find a solution, please let me know. Until then, feel better knowing that there is another person just like you out there! :)

When you see that hot man you want and he look at you and you look at him . Then he looks at you and frowns up his face like he just got a wiff a s*** because you so big. That will give you that little push to go out and be active!
