-There is no needle on the syringe (I don't want to end up sticking myself with it)

-I don't want it to fall to the side

If I were trying it, I'd probably take an old leather belt and cut a circle in it just a little smaller than the diameter of the syringe. Then I'd carefully push the syringe through the hole and then use hot-melt glue from my local craft store to glue it in place.

I'd then cut some of the belt off, maybe six inches, to lay a re-enforcing strip on the back -- if it looked droopy the first time, I might have to cut a hole in that strip too to get it some thickness and stability.

Finally, I'd wear the belt over my shoulder and then under the shoulder of the other arm to try and make the belt has vertical as possible to help the re-enforcing strip do it's job.

Happy Halloween!

I'm gonna say Marg Helgenberger of CSI. I never really liked Uma Thurman. I like Marg's exotic features.

Use thick styrofoam under the costume, taped to your body. Stick the fake syringe through your top and into the styrofoam.

If I remember correctly, when she sat up after receiving the injection, it was drooping a bit - that's called gravity. Other than that, it's called duct tape.
