This is a family fave and it is easy:

You need

1 oven bag, turkey size
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup, any brand
potatoes, peeled and sliced, as many as you want (the potatoes turn out really tasty:o)
salt and pepper

Lay the oven bag in a cookie sheet or large cake pan
Layer the potatoes into bag
Sprinkle salt and pepper over potatoes
Place chicken in single layer on top of potatoes
Mix soup with 1 can of water, and pour over everything in bag
Close top of bag

Bake at 350*F for 1 hour

Yummy!!!

Now you had a whole hour, you weren't on the phone the whole time were ya? Good that means the boiled Red Potatoes should be done along with the fried corn, pull the butter out of the fridge so it'll be soft for the bisquits. Got Honey?

BBQ Chicken Pizza:

We love the contrast of flavors provided by sweet tomato chutney, savory chicken, and sharp cheddar cheese.

1 (10-ounce) Italian cheese-flavored thin pizza crust (such as Boboli)
3/4 cup tomato chutney
2 cups chopped roasted skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 2 breasts)
2/3 cup diced plum tomato
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded extra-sharp white cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onions

Preheat oven to 450°.

Place crust on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 3 minutes. Remove from oven; spread chutney over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

Top chutney with chicken. Sprinkle diced tomato, cheese, and green onions evenly over chicken. Bake at 450° for 9 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut pizza into 6 wedges.

Note: If you can't find tomato chutney, make your own. Combine 2 cups diced plum tomato, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon Jamaicañ jerk seasoning, and 1 minced garlic clove in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 minutes or untril thickened.

Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 wedge)

The Most Incredible Chicken Spaghetti

This is fabulous. Unlike any Chicken Spaghetti I have ever tried. Have taken this to many pot-lucks and it gets raves.

12 servings 2¼ hours 1½ hours prep

8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper
1 (12 ounce) package thin spaghetti
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 (4 1/2 ounce) jars sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 lb shredded Velveeta cheese

In a large Dutch oven, fill 1/2 full with water; add salt and pepper if desired; add chicken breast halves.
Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat; simmer 1 hour or until chicken breasts are done.
Remove chicken breasts, reserving broth, and allow chicken to cool; chop chicken meat into bite-size pieces and set aside.
Return chicken broth to a boil; add spaghetti noodles and cook until desired doneness; drain and set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Combine onion mixture, cream of chicken soup, mushrooms, and cheeses; mix well.
Add spaghetti and chopped chicken; mix well.
Pour into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Check out foodfit.com they have all kinds of recipes, and really good ones I've tried for chicken, including an orange avacodo grilled chicken. Healthy, tasty, and fairly easy recipes on there.

Also, on the back of Campbell's Soup cans a lot of times they have chicken recipes.

Like this one that's really simple; 1 lb of bonelss chicken breast, one can of cream of mushroom soup, cover and put in a baking dish for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Really easy. I put a little Mrs. Dash on top and voila! Yum. (And easy!!)
