Just be nice by being considerate. You don't have to be corny. If she is carrying a lot of stuff and you aren't, help her. Open the door for her. Always say hi (even if you are talking to someone else). It will be easy after you do it for a while.
If she says something like she has hard homework, then tell you that she can do it, she is smart. If she mentions how nice another girl looks, then say not as nice as you do. These are easy compliments to give that don't sound corny.

There is much to be said for good old fashioned manners... hold the door for her, offer to carry something for her (her books, backpack, gym bag), offer her your seat (if it's appropriate). And compliment her, no not cheezy "oh you're pretty" crap. Tell her something specific: you like her hair that way (if she did something different to it), that color (of her clothes) looks nice with her eyes, you like the way she plays with her hair when she is thinking, etc... you get the idea? Ask her opinion about something (and take her advice - if it's not half-baked). And by all means, ask if she'll join you to go to a movie on Saturday afternoon... or night..(I don't know how old you are)...

Just ask her some questions about herself, such as her interests, where she likes to go etc. Treat her like a lady (open doors for her), help her out of the car, make sure she's okay etc. If you like her clothes, tell her. Don't be overbearing cos this will put her off but I think you get the idea. All the best.

All you have to do is treat "girls" with the same respect you'll treat anyone. It's that simple. Be your self and maybe give a compliment or two. They'll do it. Tell her she looks nice today or you like the outfit she's wearing today. Something like that. All girls love to me noticed by a cute boy.

by just being yourself. being nice comes from the heart. something like "your beautiful," means everything as a whole, inner and outer beauty. looking at her in the eyes while she is talking, listening to what she has to say. i know little phrases may be corny at times, but something like that is simple and sweet.
