Having a diseased heart or clogged arteries leads to heart attack. The Intercourse is incidental...it causes vitals to increase, but it does not cause disease or death...being in bad physical shape and then exacerbating these conditions by sex or any other strenuous activity can result in a heart attack, stroke or other bad outcome.

Only if you have asthma or something chronic like that. If you have asthma then all the movement and things might but I doubt it. I don't see that happening.
