You're body is purging toxins. Make sure to drink LOTS of water, before, during and after your workout.

You may not be letting your food digest long enough before you exercise. Also, if you are a smoker, if you work out too hard it can cause you to throw-up, I use to smoke and it happened to me. Or maybe your working out too hard and need to slow down a bit. I hope this helps you out

It could be alot of things, You could be working out too hard, or not drinking enough fluids when you work out, You should ask your doctor or a local gym trainer for advice on how to proceed

This question would be a little easier to answer if I had some more info. I would guess that it's either that you're eating or drinking before exercise or your body isn't used to the exercise that you're putting it through.

Maybe your body has so many toxins in it that working out just brings it out. Lots of people feel nauseous after working out, when first starting.

Don't eat at least an hour before your workout. I don't know if you are doing this, but if you are it could be the reason. Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water during your workout; this could be a factor.

Probably because your body isn't use to it, and your doing to much..you need to start slow and work your way up, make sure you are geting plenty of water too

maybe you need to drink more fluides when you work out.or you could have a nervous system or an ulcer id see the doc bro!

r u eating right be4 u run??? eat a ganolla bar and runn about 3 hours later. also, dont run to far. run a mile and build up to 3-4
