NO - It is classed in the Theft act as holding property to ramson. So its not allowed. Thank god for scots a rule that would be much loved in England and Wales.

Of course!! Car wheel clamping? Yes(!) of course!! I know they're good people but i'm sure you get the odd few that violate traffic laws enough to warrant clamping.

No.It was banned cos all the wheel-clamping firms got taken over by gangster-types who then proceeded to intimidate people at every opportunity.
