im 5'2 and weigh 150!

I have tried all kinds of things in my life to lose weight fast as well but I just recently discovered an "All Natural & Healthy" (even safe for people with diabetes) way to get started ... I recently implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life that has been extremely successful and has improved my health 100 times over. I feel better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist line and I have also lost 20 pounds and all of this has been in only the last 26 days ... I will continue to stay on this plan until I reach my desired goal, but I will remain on the super juice and the energy drink from now on ... What’s incredible is that I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise ... I just simply added this plan to my current daily life style and routine and I have continued to eat "normal foods" as recommended by the plan

People start dressing better, showing more confidence, becoming more organized, more dedicated in relationships and more at peace.

Initially, weight loss can be as high as three-to-four pounds per day, but as the fast continues, the average loss will be one pound-per-day. If you are juice fasting and not losing weight, the juice is supplying all the calories you need. You may have to cut down on the juices or alternate between water fasting and juice fasting if losing weight is part of your goal. The slower your metabolism is the slower the weight loss.

Try to stay focused on the healthy things you are doing to improve your life rather than being consumed with the number of pounds lost each day. Run/walk for at least 30 mins everyday, and stay away from sugar and things that you know are unhealthy for awhile. Also, if you want to eat some chips, crackers, or anything that comes in a large box/bag grab a reasonable portion instead of taking the entire thing along with you.Try not to eat after 7:00-7:30 as well. Don't exept to loose weight fast, if you want to keep it off you have to stay on this "diet" for some time. Eventually you will begin to dislike the taste of overly fatty and sugary food (atleast I did) and it will become much easier. Good Luck.
