What is the legal drinking age in Turkey? Can I get drunk once I cross into international waters?

I am 19, there will be a 13 hour hold over in Turkey PLUS a 20 hour flight.

IN international waters, the drinking age is 18 (it was on the crusie i went on, i dont know about filights though. look up on likehttp://www.wikipedia.org/ or somthing)

I'd hate to be the person sitting next you on that 20 hour flight.
