Chocolate IS candy. Unless by chocolate you mean cake or brownies. But assuming that you mean like chocolate or non-chocolate candy, definitely CHOCOLATE!

Candy!! I love fruity flavors from skittles to starburst, but I will never pass up chocolate either so I guess that's not a fair question for me! LOL Good Luck

Chocolate is better. It contains anti-oxidants which slow down aging. But don't eat too much. No more than, maybe, three squares a day. Overdosing can give a horrible stomachache.
Candy is nothing but sugar, and sugar is nothing but a toxic drug. Avoid it at all costs.
