Look on start menu/all programs/start if there is something called outlook and eliminate it, its just a shorcut. If not, on start menu select 'run' and write down 'regedit' then press ok or enter, be very carefull with the window that opens, never erase or modify something you aren't sure what for is; go to hkey_local_machine / software / microsoft / windows / currentversion / run, and look at right side for something that mention Outlook Express, if not just close it, don't take the risk of get in mistakes.
I got no other way to autostart a program.

Hi,
That isn't a standard feature for Outlook Express. Check the Startup folder under "All Programs" if you have XP or "Programs" if you have 9X or 2000.
I reckon you may have a worm or something if it is not in that folder. Also, check Start>Run>MSCONFIG
