Yes and anybody who says other wise is ignorant or lying. My friend is very successful business man in Chile, and he was unable to visit the U.S. (even though he owns a nice home in Chile) because the U.S. government was worried that he would try and stay here. It is especially more difficult to come to the U.S. from Latin countries than European because we have so many Latins here already.

No...it mostly depresses wages....if some illegal is willing to do slave labor..why pay the legal wages.
Not to mention overcrowded schools, tapping into the welfare program via children.
Otherwise most immigrants that come here legally are well educated and have skills.

It affects all of us, but I'm sure it slows down those coming from countries farther away and prejudices more people against those who would like to legally. Gee-it only took 7 years for my husbands family to get in-from So Africa
