I do know that God wants a relationship with all of us. When He looks as me, He sees the perfection of Jesus because I am covered by His sacrifice on the cross. Without that, he'd see a rotten pile of flesh without worth.

God gets your attention and wastes your time when you could be living a real life. God isn't real but it's still an energy drain, and the guys who run God's PR machine make a career out of it for themselves...hey! it's a living for them, they have no scruples and you are just one of the many punters, they might be selling pornography just as easily as they are selling salvation.
