If they did want to weigh you wouldent they weigh you with clothes on, so it might make it eisier if you weight is with clothes. Same goes for height. But would it make any difference if your weight fluctuates a lot?

It's a Canadian passport, it asks for eye colour, hair colour, height and weight along with 2 photos with VERY specific intsructions for taking them, and the form sais you can be criminaly prosecuted if you lie.

Your passport application makes you do that? Wow. I'm pretty sure my didn't. It would not be applicable for a lot of people when passports last for 5 years or so, weight can change dramatically from when you're 12 - 17 etc, or when pregnant. What a strange concept. Go for the with clothes weight, as in the airport we'd hope you'd be fully clothed!

Whoa!....... Relax! All you need is approximate height and weight. If your weight fluctuated a lot, say 30lbs or more (for an average 5'10'' height male), thenjust go and have your pictures redone and put in a new application well in advance of travel. BUT.. the thing IS good for 10 years so you don't even HAVE to do that. It just might save you some hassles. Don't stress!

The point of the weight is to make it easier to be identified by the passport. It could be anywhere from your naked weight to your clothed weight. Since your clothed weight is not that much greater than your naked weight, it should be alright.

if you have clothes on or naked it doesnt make a difference, though I think your going to have a hard time getting to a photographer naked, so saying that I would suggest clothed! unless your going to be wearing a bullet proof vest your weight shouldnt vary that much so just step on the scale and write down what ever weight comes up.

Depends on if you want to portray yourself as taller and thinner or shorter and fatter. Do you really think anyone puts their real weight on those? No one is going to weigh or measure you during your travels. My drivers license shows a photo of me with different hair color. The point being - as long as it's a facsimile of what you look like - it will pass inspection.

you don't need to be that precise, the thing is good for 10 years and you will get a haircut sometime.
