No. According to the old testament, the world was covered with water for 40 days. No one survived but Noah and his family (his wife, 3 of his sons and his daughter-in-laws).

Most Jews do not believe in the bible as fact, its just nice fairy stories, its takes a certain kind of Christian to really believe in these myths.
