If you're not interested in hearing about exercise or eating the *right* foods, there isn't anything anyone, with any sense, is going to be able to tell you. Without both of those things, you'll just end up regaining whatever you've lost, plus a few more to teach you a lesson. AND... that lesson is, the only way to lose weight and keep it off is by following a regular exercises plan and eating healthy.

I have tried all kinds of things in my life to lose weight but I just recently discovered a natural & healthy way that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life. I feel better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist and I have lost 20 pounds in only the last 26 days. What’s incredible is that I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise. I just simply added this plan to my current daily life style ~Pastor James~Tx

There is no way to lose weight fast. Learn some patience and do it the right way. Instead of taking a car or bus, walk to school, park at the end of the parking lot at stores, walk more often it won't feel like exercise but it will do a world of good, learn portion control, most people focus on what they are eating not how much of it. Thats about all I have for you.

ok, you say 'please no exercise or right food anwers', but sweetie there is no other way or rather safe way to lose weight than to exercise atleast 3 times a week for 30 minutes and to cut your calorie intake, its really not that difficult, i've been" dieting" for nearly 2 weeks now and i've already lost 8 lbs. , 5 of which are probably only water weight, but i can still see a difference in my body. If you don't want to cut out all the junk food from your diet, try just cutting it in half, eat only half the amount you usually do, and go for a 20 minute walk everyday, don't try and push yourself to hard or you'll get burntout, just relax and the weight will fall off of you, hope this helps.

If you don't want to exercise, try taking up a sport or activity that requires some movement.
As far as food, if you don't want to eat healty, you'll have to cut back on the amount of food you eat. This is a slow way to lose a few pounds and is likely to leave you still feeling hungry and irritable. Or replace a portion of your regular food with a salad, piece of fruit . . .
If you're thinking of diet pills, they don't really work and are very bad for you, too much stress on the liver.

Don't try to lose weight, instead work on 'gaining health'. That will put you in the right state of mind. It worked for me, and when I'm about to eat something wrong, I think of my health.
Ok, now here's what you do:
1. Drink no liquids but water
2. Don't eat carbs like bread, pasta, rice, or potatoes until *after* you have done cardio, and then only eat a little
3. Eat a lot of lean proteins like chicken, fish, etc
4. Do not eat any junk food ever!
5. Eat every 2-3 hours. Be sure to eat protein and veggies and/or fruit at every meal.
Good luck!

O Listen, exercise and the proper Foods are important, I know you do not want to hear that ( as u stated) I've been in the wanna lose 20 pound mode myself. I tried all the diet aids out there, I didn't eat at all, I tried a lot of things and the only thing that it did was make me VERY VERY ILL.. Please eat, exercise and drink lots and lots of water etc.. Walk, just walk out your door and walk. I did that, then everyday day i wanted to go and walk at the same time , next thing i knew i was walking further and faster.. I started liking it ...ALOT! anyways' i lose alot of weight and gained some nice feminine muscles and it was done. THE HEALTHY WAY!

wow..no exercise or right foods? Why are you giving so much power to the peers around you that you are doing all this to yourself? Coloring your hair should be for fun and microdermobrasion can be tough on teenage skin...glad it helped on your acne but please be gentle on your skin..it will thank you LONG after you are out of school...as for losing weight fast...sorry sweetie, but calories in and caloreis out is the real only valid way...please don't fool yourself that throwing up is worth the health risks...so get up and get moving and get rid of the fast food/junk food and remember that in a short period of time, these "pretty" people will be a thing of the past...and you'll be with people who value character more..they are just shallow

Exercise and proper nutrition is the only safe and healthy way to lose weight unless you're under a doctors supervision. Stop listening to what other people say about other people and learn to be comfortable in your own skin.

If you have some extra money a personal trainer is definitely a great motivator. They give you specific diets and exercise to match your body and personality. They know how to keep it fresh so you won't get bored with it and when you start seeing results you'll look foward to your sessions. I know some personal trainers @ Bally's & they are fantastic. If you don't want to join a gym you can find trainers who are self employed. They are definitely cheaper than a gym. Good Luck!
