Very simple:
1 shot Lime Juice
1 shot Irish Cream

Directions:
Hold one shot of Bailey's in your mouth, and take one shot of lime juice. Mix rapidly in mouth by shaking head vigorously, then consume.

The acid from the lime juice will curdle the cream in the irish cream, producing a very nasty texture.

Lemon Juice can be used if Lime Juice isn't available.

I think it is irish creme and lime juice. You take a shot of each and swish in your mouth. Another drink is the bloody brain. This can be a few ways...strawberry schnapps first (or peppermint), then I like a vanilla or strawberry flavored creme (irish creme too). Kinda drizzle this in so it curls up. Then you pour in some grenadine and voila! your bloody brain, just in time for Halloween!!

Buttershots and drizzle baileys in it. Float lime just before taking shot -It's not supposed to curdle in the glass... It's supposed to curdle in your mouth.
