im scared im geting surgery and the docter says i need to rest for about a week after surgery!!!!If you have had surgery tell what theay do!!anything plz

I've had several, it depends on what yer having done as far as re cooperating. Serious surgeries take longer to get over than minor ones. Have someone there for you to help calm your nerves. They hospital staff will most likely be very nice and will explain the whole procedure to you. They'll put you to sleep and you won't kno a thing. I wish you luck!

I had brain surgery....hurt like hell. Found out morphine made me barf. Destroyed auditory nerve, lost my balance went deaf in one ear.
6 months later had knee surgery on Thursday, back to work on Monday....piece of cake.
21 years ago had a c-section. Took 2 tylenol for pain that night. Nothing after that. I felt great.
What kind of surgery?

It's according to what type of surgery you are having. But you probably won't feel like doing anything.

Ive had alot of surgerys .. Everything will be OK ... Its even kind of fun to try to stay awake when they are trying to put you out .. and after they will take care of any pain ... Its not that bad .. REALLY

its based on what typr surgery you are having but mainly its all the same ..you get a iv then put to sleep when you wake up its all done....
