Run....and really anything with high impact on the legs. And be sure to watch your diet.

I have tried all kinds of things in my life to lose weight but I just recently discovered a natural & healthy way that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life. I feel better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had. I have lost 2" in my waist and I have lost 20 pounds in only the last 26 days. What’s incredible is that I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise. You have to do cardiovascular exercise (like running or bicycle) at least 30 min. 3 times/week and eat well.

Unfortunately you cannot predict wich part of your body will slim down because you cannot choose where your body will burn fat.
It takes it's energy from every part of your body, not just the tights.
