legs-running, lunges, and jump rope
Stomach- forget about sit-ups, all they do is hurt your back, do crunches, legs in the air or flat on the ground, go up only until ur shoulderblades are off the ground.
arms-curl dumbels, do push-ups
hips- this one beats me
Butt-run it off, not kidding
Cheeks-burn more calories than you eat, and their size will go down.

A few thoughts:
1) at age 13, there are a wide range of things that could be going on with your body. Your current shape and size are not what they will be when you're 15, 18, 22, 27, or 32. Even if your appearance differs from that of girls your own age, you might just be developing on a different time table. So it's very early to be worried about body shape.
2) Being thin is not a healthy objective. There's no objective measure for you about when you've reached a goal. For that matter, losing a specific amount of weight is also an unhealthy goal. Since muscle is more dense than fat, you could get fit, drop dress sizes, look great, and weigh the same, as you burn fat and build muscle.
A healthy objective is exactly that: being healthy.
With that said, most healthy people, and certainly elite athletes, tend to have bodies that we find aestheitcally pleasing. So having the healthy goal of being fit and healthy will lead to side benefits you might enjoy.
3) There is no easy way to get fit. It takes time and hard work. There is no pill, there is no magic exercise machine.
Fitness can be thought of along two dimensions: A) cardio vascular fitness and B) strength and muscle fitness.
Excercizes that target muscle groups start the cycle of your body building those muscles to be larger, denser and stronger. Stronger muscles are generally larger, and they burn more calories when worked.
Aerobic and anaerobic exercise uses muscles to burn energy. They make your heart stronger, and they make your muscles stronger. It also makes your body build more mitochondria in your muscles, so you can burn more energy more efficiently.
Running, biking, swimming are all good things to do. Build up to doing 30 minutes a day, and then more. Start with just 10 minutes if exercise isn't part of your regular life.
Balance it by resistance work. Leg squats, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups ar all good ways to work specific muscles.
It will take at least a month of working out 5 days a week before one notices any shift in physiology.
Eat healthily. Avoid anything that comes in a mylar bag. Eat things that used to be part of a plant instead. If one changes not the number of calories consumed, but the types of calories, one will notice a big difference in overall feeling.
Bottom line is that, it's rather troubling when a 13 year old girl wants to be thinner. Instead of letting you starve yourself or cultivate a nasty eating disorder, I'd rather tell you how to think about cultivating healthy habits that will lead you to a healthy body that you'll like. You're probably lovely just as you are. But if you want to get more healthy, start with long bouts of aerobic activity. Play a sport with lots of running like soccer or field hockey or basketball or track.
Healthy is hot. Try the "work out a lot and eat anything you want" diet plan. It's the best thing for you.

A simple exercise that you do three times a day... Place both hands on the edge of the table and PUSH. By the way, the three times are at meal-time.
